Refund policy

Starting a plan

A plan starts, and is charged, as soon as you check out. It renews every month or year, as you chose, until you cancel.

Cancel any time

In Tera Chat, open Settings → Tera Chat AI → Manage subscription, or manage your order at link.com. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

If you're not happy, email hello@terachat.co within 14 days of a charge, monthly or yearly, and we'll refund it in full. A refund also ends that plan straight away. Link's support team can also help with payment questions.
